Halloween Night 2007

Jared went to China and brought the girls back all little china dresses. They loved them and wanted to wear them for Halloween Night. We had fun coloring there hair black and putting on some fun make up. Justin was the same thing but he was on his Skyrunneres (more info on these later they are way cool) that Jared came back with from his trip (thats why he looks so tall)!!! Oh and yes im always a little behind on posting pictures but thats just how it goes!!!

Pumpkin Patch

Im slowly trying to get caught up to some current events!!! We finallly made it to the pumpkin Patch and the kids had to find just the right one. As many of you are aware of this can sometimes be a long process!!!!!

Arrow of Light!!!!

Justin got his Arrow of Light and is moving out of Cub Scouts to Scouts. He is really excited about it as are we for him.
We were laughing in this picture because they told me they were going to give him his award the next pack meeting and Maggie and Ambree had to be somewhere so I took them and when I got back they had already gave him his award. So we could get a picture of the event they had us come up so he could put the pin on me. As he was doing this he poked his finger. OUCH!!!!

Camping Jensen Style!!!!!

Ok so Justin had to have a ovewrnighter camp out in order to recieve his arrow of light.Of course we were out of town when they did this with his troop so that left us to get this completed.It seemed as though every weekened there was something going on untill finally it was the last weekened before he turned 11 and he had to finish it before then. Going up tp the mountains just wasn't going to work out for us because he had basketball the next morning at 9am. So we opted for the backyard camp out. It was astually alot of fun and nice being so close to running water adn some indoor plumbing.

Templates??!!!??

Ok so I found this awesome site to get templates for your blog. The only problem is that I can't get the center solid color to show up(so that it is not so hard to read). I have left a comment on the girls blog that I got this from but if any of you have any other suggestions let me know. Anyways you guys should check her site out she is great and all the templates are free. Im sure it is just something im doing wrong on here, wish me luck on figuiring this out.Here is her web site

Football!!

Justin decided to go out for football rather then run cross country this year and has fun being in the pads and all!!! He has done a great job and has never played any kind of ball before and made the varsity team. He is still getting used to the fact that at any point in the game you could be seriously stomped on. On his first game I said "Are you excited about the game today? " and Maggie chimed in and said "Hes a little nervous." I asked why he was nervous and he quickly said " Mom you would be to if 15 guys were going to land on you." Well thats what football is and you either like it or you don't. Right??? Oh, by the way Justin is #6

Maggie is also doing cheer so after she runs X-country she hussles and gets her cheer outfit on and cheers on the Rams!!!

Cross Country!!!

Maggie has had her first 2 races in cross country at school and is doing awesome!!! Justin ran in cross country last year and told her she had to keep the Jensen name going. Well she has got 1st place in the last 2 races and so I think she has done a great job. Someone walked up to us after the last race and asked " Maggie, How does your still look so good after running like that? I have to say for girl if your hair still looks good after something like that it always makes you feel good!!!!!

Taylies 1st Day of Preschool!!!!

This was Taylies 1st day of school. She was so excited and shad a great 1st day!!!
This is also Taylies friend Brooklyn who is in the same class with her.

Back to School....

We have started yet another year of school. Jutsin in 5 the grade, Maggie in 4th grade, and Ambree in 2nd Grade. Needless to say we are all getting used to the hectic school routine thing after having a nice relaxing summer.
Anyways the 1st day went good but we could not find a parking place when we got to the school so we got up to the school just as the everyone was lining up to go into class. Justin just took off with out even I good bye Ambree wanted to me to stay with here untill her teacher came and Maggie wanted me to walk with her into her class. Any ways long story short I got a quick picture of Ambree before she went in but the sun was right in her eyes and I got maggie right before she went into the class room Building and Justin didn't even get a picture. Oh well thats the way it goes sometimes ......right????





So today we had a reinactment of the first day of school and got a picture. I guess Justin wanted to practice his football holding form during the picture(he just started football at school and can't get enough of it). Anybody have any pointers for him!!??!! I put both of these pictures in her becauses there faces (well actually pretty much Ambree) Just cracked me up!!! Hey,we will take what we can get at this point!!!!

Santa Barbara Kids Triathlon

We went to Santa Barbara for a kids Triathlon and the kids had so much fun!! It was great because we also made a little vaction out of it. Justin placed 3rd in his age group and got to get up on the podium, which was so fun for him, and maggie placed 9th out of her age group. They did so good and we are so proud of them!!!

The things that can happen while walking home from Church...

I thought I was all caught up untill I noticed I had forgot to post this picture of my nephew Tagen. I just thought it was classic. On the way home from church his brother "accidently" pushed him into the mud. At least it was on the way home from church! To Funny!!! We Love you Tegan!!!

Pioneer Day 5K Run

For Pioneer Day our stake had a 5K run (3.1 miles I think). Jared, Justin, and Maggie decided to do this. Justin and Maggie were so excited. Justin loves running as we found out last year in cross country and Track and maggie is following in her brothers footsteps. Justin got 2nd place in the under 18yr olds and first place under 12 yr. olds. Maggie ran with her dad the whole time without stopping. She did awesome she said this was preperation for her 1st tri athalon and for her 1st year in cross Country at school this year. GO JENSENS !!!!




After the race we got home and Maggie went to her room. I went to see what she was doing and she was sound asleep. She slept for a good 2&1/2hrs. She really gave that race her all !!!

Stadium Of Fire!!!

This year we went to the Satdium of Fire at BYU. It was so much fun. They really have a great show with lots of things going on .The kids loved the fact that Corbin Blu (The Guy from High School Musical ) was there, and Brooks and Dunn was there with some oldies but goodies of course!! Best of all they did an awesome tribute to the people serving our country. It was AMAZING!!!

Happy Birthday ... In Utah

Ambree had her Birthday when we were in Utah and Jared was not there. Jared wanted her to know that he didn't forget her Birthday so he sent her a Boquet of fruit!! She was so excited. It had all her favorites, chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate covered bananas, pineapple and cantolpe. She was one happy girl.
